I had this issue and was looking for answers as well. I guess reading the manual pays off. But here’s the fix to this problem. Make sure your phones’ Bluetooth is turned off or anything else trying to connect to the earbuds. You can also forget and remove the “sky-free” device as well. Remove both buds from the case. Both should be blinking red and blue. Just tap on the left bud twice, and the right bud should stop blinking red and blue. Both buds is now synced together.answered on 2020-05-18 00:00:00
