  1. Q Does it announce caller or number calling you
    A That would be a device feature, not an earbud feature.
  2. Q Do these have L/R Balance adjustment?
    A Yes they sync automatically.
  3. Q Can the batteries be changed?
    A No, the batteries cannot be changed.
  4. Q are these around the same size as the p2s? would they fit comfortably in small ears?
    A You would have to change the ear pieces to the smallest size. I went down to the size before the smallest because I have small ear canals.
  5. Q Do they have aptx-ll, aptx hd, or faststream, codecs for ps4 mic capabilities?
    A Yes they do they actually have a game mode.
  6. Q I accidentally submerged one of them in water for a few seconds - how do I dry it out or restore it to normal?
    A You should always put it in rice immediately in a sealed container and leave it overnight so that the rice is able to draw the water out of any electronica device.
  7. Q How come the volume is so low on some applications? I was watching a movie via my tablet and couldn’t get the volume up.
    A All media or not equal some are HD some are HQHD and some are Mono it really depends on the media and how old it is remember once upon a time 128mbs was the best you could get that’s not the case any more.
  8. Q How is its call quality since I'm looking for earbuds for having phone call outside in a crowded environment? Is it better to get the Air2 pro?
    A In my experience the call quality was very good for the P3 typically people could hear me in semi quit environments. But there are 6 mics between the two earbuds so I would recommend trying it to see how they work for you. But for me in particular I only use one earbud at a time and people can still hear me clearly. I would recommend giving it a shot. I haven't purchased the Air 2 pro. I dont think you can go wrong either way.

    A Im not sure about the heat. I have not worn them in a suana.

  11. Q I can't get these to pair with my Samsung Note 10+. Anyone else have this issue?
    A Please try:1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. 2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset is successful. When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause resetting failure. The first and third LEDs will flash to indicate that they are properly connected.
  12. Q How easy is to switch between two phones? (Ex, i have a work and personal phone, samsung and iphone, and would like to easy switch when receiving call
    A For me, I have to turn off my Bluetooth on both devices put my ear buds in its case with lid closed. Then I turn on the Bluetooth on the other device and then open the lid for the ear buds. I’m hoping someone has a way that works quicker than this. Hope this helps

    A No, Xbox uses only Wi-Fi based wireless headsets.
  15. Q Samsung Galaxy 8+ compatible?
    A Tried 2 different Anker Life P3 Earbuds, but could not get either to pair with my Samsung Galaxy 8. Followed all instructions.
  16. Q Can the earbuds connect to caller id and read incoming messages?
    A Sorry, this feature is not supported.
  17. Q Is there a sound when the battery gets low?
    A Yes. When it gets low it will say Low Battery and turn of shortly thereafter. Full sound until that point though yes.

    A Yes, it is compatible with Samsung A6.
  20. Q if you remove them from your ear do they stop playing music?
    A They keep playing until you put them in the case. Of course, you can tap the appropriate spot on the earbud to pause / play the music if that's what you're trying to do.
  21. Q what, besides pressure against ear canal, keeps these inside a person's ear?
    A I don't have a measurement on the pressure, but I will say that out of all the earbuds I have tried, these are by far the most comfortable. The sound and comfort combination make these the best earbuds on the market! I should also mention that the microphone is clear and people on the phone have clear audio of the conversation.
  22. Q Why have a sleep mode if they fall out while sleeping? Is there a trick to keeping them in other than changing how you sleep?
    A Almost all earbuds fall out of your ears while sleeping. That is not specific to these earbuds.
  23. Q Where are the eq presets it's advertised as having? my app only seems to have default & custom unless i'm missing something.
    A Select custom (there is a small right arrow beside it), (make sure you are logged into your Soundcore account) then adjust the EQ to how to like it.
  24. Q Are these earbuds comfortable? the liberty air 2 pros are too bulky and hurt my ears. are the life p3s smaller and less painful?
    A Yes they are. They are much more comfortable than the air 2 pros. They noise cancellation is not as good though so if that is important I would pass. I ordered both and the P3 felt so much nicer and the sound is good.. just not the noise reduction. Hope this helps!
  25. Q How much do they hang out the ear?
    A Everyone’s ear types are different but, mine doesn’t stick out much. I have a pair of Bose Soundsports and they hang out very far. This is one of the reasons I bought these.
  26. Q Do these earbuds have in ear detection?
    A I can listen to music and they do detect a phone call for me to answer, and then go back to music after the call ends. You will hear the ring on your ear, and answer by tapping the ear bud. Tap and go back to music.
  27. Q Anyone having issues with the app? Can't sign in, at launch goes to main screen then jumps to how to wear them continuously is all it does!
    A Please reinstall the app and try to log in again.
  28. Q how do I reset the? for some reason headphones volume dropped by about 30% , they are very quiet now and cant fix it
    A 1. Put both earbuds inside the case. 2. Leave the case open.3. Press and hold the button on the center of the case for 3 seconds until 3 indicator lights flash simultaneously.4. Indicator lights flashing signifies they have entered pairing mode try and reconnect to Bluetooth.

    A Please try:1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.2. Reboot the Bluetooth device, such as a phone or computer. Forget all the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth.3. Reset the earbuds as per the steps below (make sure your earbuds have enough battery.) *Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. *Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset is successful. When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause resetting failure. The first and third LEDs will flash to indicate that they are properly connected. (The first LED flashes twice when the left earbud is in the case, and the third LED flashes twice when the right earbud is in the case). 4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and search for Soundcore Life P3 and pair.
  30. Q Are these on Bluetooth Version 4.2, 5.0, 5.2 which one?
    A Bluetooth 5.0
  31. Q Will these connect to a PS4?
    A We don't recommend you use Life P3 with PS4 because their Bluetooth compatibility is not well.
  32. Q The liberty 2's are loud. Are these p3's as loud as the liberty 2's?
    A Yes, their maximum volume is the same.
  33. Q Are these smaller, same size, or larger than airpods pro? airpods pro are too large for my ears.
    A I would say about the same size.
  34. Q Will these stay in the ear while running on a treadmill or do I need earbuds specifically for running?
    A Normally, Life P3 can fit most people's ears properly for running. Please note the waterproof rating of the earbuds is IPX5. When doing strenuous exercise with a lot of sweating, we do not recommend using Life P3.
  35. Q Do the earbuds work independently of one another? I typically only wear one earbud at a time.
    A Yes, you can use both or one at a time
  36. Q Are there aftermarket ear hooks/wings/fins available for these?
    A We offer foam tips officially but no hooks/wings for now.
  37. Q Can you turn on noise cancelling when using one earbud?
    A Yes
  38. Q Is the case easy to open with 1 hand? Are the headphones easy to take out of case?
    A You can open the case with one hand but you may need two to remove the earbuds
  39. Q How are these things when recording on Smule?
    A Idk I recorded a video wearing them and playback was no issue I’ve had since day one…. No issues other than nothing really Legit
  40. Q Where can I find a case for these?
    A Sorry, for now, we aren't able to sell accessories alone.

    A Yes, they can pair with laptops with Bluetooth.
  42. Q Do they come with different size silicone inserts?
    A Yes, the Life P3 is with 5 sizes(XS/S/M/L/XL) of eartips.
  43. Q Can you take this in the shower?
    A The earbuds are IPX5 waterproof. It’s okay to use them when sweating during exercise, but they can't be used when taking a shower.
  44. Q How does this compare to the liberty air pro 2?
    A Liberty Air 2 Pro supports Hear ID and PureNote™ Driver Technology. It is with 9 pairs of eartips.Life P3 has a more colorful design. It supports new features like Gaming mode. It is with 11mm composite drivers and 5 pairs of eartips.
  45. Q In transparency mode, can you control the volume of the outside environment?
    A Sorry, the volume of the transparency mode cannot be customized.
  46. Q Are these compatible with I pod?
    A The early versions of the iPod are not with Bluetooth, so they cannot work with Life P3. New versions are more compatible with Apple's Airpods. We don't recommend using Life P3 with iPod.
  47. Q Do these work well with discord? the sound quality with my anker p2 is pretty terrible on discord.
    A These are amazing smokes the competition!
  48. Q Can these connect to more than one device at once? (Ex paired to my phone and tablet at same time)
    A No. You can pair them, but the earphones will only connect to one device at a time. You need to disconnect from one to connect to the other. I don't think that feature is available at this price point.
  49. Q Do they work for Samsung galaxy s21 5g?
    A I use it with my s21 5g. No issues.
  50. Q Do you recommend these to use when sleeping?
    A No I do not recommend this product. And no they are no good for sleeping. They fall out of ear no matter what size ear plug you use. And do damage to your ears.
  51. Q Does it fit deep the ear or it more like air pods?
    A It fit deep in the ear and feel secure.
  52. Q Can you get Alexa or google assistant hands free?
    A It’s instructions on how to activate voice control Hold ear to answer calls , control volume , change songs, pause, etc
  53. Q Did anyone try those for working from home calls?
    A Noise canceling allow you to hear voice at home or cancel background.
  54. Q I can’t get mine to enter pairing mode. i’ve tried with the buds in/out of the case, and turning phone bt off/on again. am i missing something?
    A Hold the button in the case. It'll blink and you should be able to pair now
  55. Q Compatible with Alexa?
    A I customized the touch controls so that a Left bud double tap is my default assistant (Alexa)
  56. Q Can you answer phone calls and end calls with the life p3
    A I don't recommend this product if you're able to answer a call but the earbud is on the ground I will say no. You won't hear anything even if it was able to answer a call.
  57. Q can you charge via USB?
    A Yes, the charging case can be charged via USB.
  58. Q My iphone 7s cannot find the life p3 on bluetooth! i have the charger open which should put it into pairing mode. anyone know what the problem is?
    A Please refer to the video "How to pair the Life P3 for the first time" on our product listing. Make sure the protective films are torn off.

    A Didn't try w PC but they pair quickly to Google smart tv w no prob.
  60. Q Support for amazon or youtube hd or ultrahd audio?
    A No ultra HD audio, they do get pretty loud and have nice bass th0. And eq app is a big plus.
  61. Q I cannot find the life p3's on the soundcore app (i checked the entire life section) are these not actually supported on the app yet?
    A The App supports Life P3. Please make sure the Soundcore App is the lastest version(2.71/2.72). If not, uninstall the app on your device and download it again. For Huawei users, please download the App via Google Play.
  62. Q Are they water resistant
    A The earbuds are IPX5 water-resistant. Please note the charging case is not water-resistant.
  63. Q Support for Spatial audio or Dolby Atmos?
    A Sorry, the Life P3 doesn't support Spatial audio or Dolby Atmos.
  64. Q Does the "Find Your Earbuds" work if the earbud battery is dead?
    A Sorry, if the earbud battery is dead, it doesn't support "Find Your Earbuds".
  65. Q do these TWS fit in small pocket of jeans?
    A They should fit a small pocket just fine. The case is about the same size, if not smaller than, the Liberty Air 2 Pro's.
  66. Q Can you manually turn off and turn back on the earbud without having the case?
    A The headset can only be turned off by placing the earbud(s) back into the case. The is no independent on/off function. I own these and tested it myself.
  67. Q How is the microphone? Are calls and FaceTime calls clear ?
    A I purchased this and a few other sets of earbuds explicitly to test out the microphone. In my testing with it (recording audio on a windy bridge) it did pretty well given the harsh conditions. But, on a longer call I got feedback from the person I was speaking with that the voice sounded robotic. I’m still trying it out, but my initial sense is that the mic is pretty good, but still not as good as the Jabra earbuds. I purchased these to see if they could replace the Jabra 65t, and so far I don’t think they can.
  68. Q Do the Life P3's have the sensor that pauses music when you remove the earbuds/ begins playing back Music when you replace them in your ears?
    A Sorry, the Life P3 doesn't support this feature.
  69. Q Has the physical button been removed from the earbuds, that waa on the life P2's?
    A Yes, the Life P3 is without physical buttons. The earbuds are with touchpads and customized touch functions.
  70. Q Can I use 1 earbud at a time. Mono mode..?
    A Yes, the Life P3 supports mono mode. Just take one earbud out from the charging case to use. If you are using two earbuds, you can put either one of the earbuds back into the charging case and continue using the other one on its own.
  71. Q do these turn off automatically after a period of time or the only way is back in the case?
    A The earbuds will also turn off automatically when placed outside the case and have been disconnected from the device for 30 minutes.
  72. Q can this be paired and used by two different devices at the same time?
    A This feature is currently not supported. If you want to pair Life P3 with a second device, please use one of the following methods:- Turn off Bluetooth on your current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode. Or1) Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.2) To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the 3 LED indicators flash white in sequence continuously. Please do not remove the earbuds from the case before pairing them with the second device.
