A VOLUME SOLVED!They sounded low when I first used them, but then I went into my phone settings and realized there is actually a setting to turn up the sound of the phone itself so your buds CAN get LOUD! The iPhone setting comes automatically midrange volume. I don’t know for Android though, but I’m guessing it’s the same. For iPhone:Open the Settings app.Tap “Sounds & Haptics”.Tap “headphones safety” and use slider to turn the volume all the way up or down.

A Not quite sure what’s going on there. Did you have the ear buds paired to another device? That’s usually the culprit most of the time. Just disconnect via the other device, then pair with your Fitbit. You may have to actually turn the other device off, return earbuds to the case too. Also, if you can check the blue tooth menu to see if the earbuds are listed, then select. Hope that helps.

When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing for "Soundcore life P2" and "Soundcore life P2-L", please select "pair" for both. If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

A I specifically use this whenever I'm going to make a phone call. It picks up my voice while muting ambient sounds much better. To maximize this effect, face away from the source of any major noise. There are several microphones and it attempts to reduce any sound that is louder behind you than infront since it knows those sound waves must not be your voice.

A I have never used my wired Apple headphones. The sound they produce seem to be great. When I use them for biking I do not here any wind or noise beside the music. The best part is that they are water proof and not wired.

A The case has 40 hours. You use 7 hours at a time before having to recharge to bus in the case and all. You can place them in the case for 10 minutes and get an hour charge for quick uses.

A In response to Mel’s answer below, do the Comply tips fit in the case and allow it to close for charging? The Anker earbud’s ear tips take a standard size diameter, but the stock Anker silicone tips are very short in height and standard height foam tips won’t allow for charging without taking off the tip each time you need to charge and use the earbuds.Also, I got these earbuds on a sale refurbished, and I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay more for the Comply brand foam replacement tips than I paid for the headphones themselves. Anyone have a suggestion on a short memory foam tip that doesn’t cost $25 for $.12 worth of foam? Thanks

A I'm not sure you can use the ear buds to pair to the echo dot. The ear buds require you to input a pin # into the device that you are pairing, such as your mobile device? A The first one you turn on and connect to your device becomes the master. They are labeled independently in your bluetooth menu -L for left. Once that first one is connected, when you pull out the second earbud from the case. I reeeeeallly tried to connect one earbud to two devices independently but they keep wanting to pair back to eachother.

A I had the Life P2 earbuds and was disappointed in the cost Vs performance comparisons. They were average for the price. I don't have the Liberty 2 earbuds myself. But according to reviews I've read and watched on Youtube, they have good reviews. I do own the Liberty 2 Pro earbuds and they are the best that I have ever owned. They are better than all the headphones I own too when it comes to music. I was leary about spending the extra money. But if these ever quit working, I'll gladly buy them again without hesitation. Calls are also crystal clear. People think I'm talking directly on my phone, not earbuds. The Libert 2 Pros are worth more than the money! Don't be afraid to put out the extra for them. If you have the extra money... go for Liberty 2 Pros!

A It depends on the shape of your ear and what kind of sound signature you want. I found the p2 was too loose in my ear, so I got the liberty neos. The neos have better sound isolation as well. However, p2 is better for calling. Like I said, it depends what you'll be using the earbuds for.
